Job Description

Available full-time position in a busy office dispatching technicians for appliance and air conditioning repair.

The position is Monday thru Friday in a family-owned and operated business that has been in business since 1982.


CER Job Responsibilities:

CER's are calm, clear, and in control. They know the appropriate responses, no matter the situation. They track and monitor situations by phone and email, and are the liaison between the customer and the field.

Job Duties:

Operate a multi-line switchboard, correctly transfer calls and place customers on hold. Maintain exceptional communication with the technicians and other office personnel alike. Be able to multi-task and switch gears easily and often. Correctly record customer information, address complaints, and any scheduling conflicts. See tasks thru to completion. Speak kindly to customers. Watch technician’s progress and keep customers informed. Basic MS Office knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
