YES. We do not outsource or subcontract. We are fully staffed with factory-trained technicians.

Capritta will make minor modifications to cabinetry if needed, at an additional cost. More extensive mods, like ventilation, granite fabrication, missing or improper electric or plumbing would need to be addressed by an appropriate contractor and hired by you. We can refer trusted contractors, if need be.

Many appliances are in stock and can be delivered same day, or within a day or two.

If your appliances must be ordered, you can expect to have them delivered to you in as soon as 3 days, and sometimes up to 2 weeks, depending on manufacturer stock.

If you’re purchasing a whole home package, we recommend allowing about a 4-6 week delivery and install date from the date you purchase/order. This allows one of our design specialists to conduct a 'walk-through', to make sure the appliances you’ve selected will work. After the walk-through, you can expect delivery and installation within about a week, so long as your home or project is ready for install.

Most appliances we sell are unique and ordered specifically for your home or project. Most items are oversized, costly to ship, and custom made by the manufacturers - much like a car or home - and cannot be easily replaced. In the event a unit is non-functional or needs repair, we will repair your product, free of charge, within the manufacturer’s warranty. Repairs outside of the manufacturers warranty are the responsibility of the customer. Replacement product can only be authorized by the manufacturer directly.

There are no returns on special-order items or items that have been opened or installed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, in the same condition that you received it in, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
