the shortcoming in this oven is the broiler. it apparently doesn't put out enough heat to broil anything very quickly. we're used to broiling steaks in 5-6 minutes. this broiler takes 10+ minutes to do the same amount of broiling. baking and cooking work well and timer, self cleaning and other features are nice to have.

Excellent Stove

This stove has been an excellent performer. From the small burner to the largest one for big pots. We've been using this stove daily and ha e really enjoyed it. The oven holds the temperature at up to 500° for baking my homemade pizzas. My daughter really enjoys baking using this oven. The oven seems wider inside than our other one so it gives us a little more room inside. We also have a Samsung hub and Smart Fridge, so we can see the settings and functions of our stove on it. The center griddle works very well, but I wished it was a little bit bigger. It seems like they could have moved the burners out a little bit and centered them which could have given us a couple of more inches of width. The bottom drawer workes great for us to store our pizza stones and keep them out of the way so they don't break. This stove looks great in our kitchen and like I said, performs perfectly. My previous stove I had before that was only a few years old when I got my house, used to smell like gas for a few minutes when turning on the oven. The manufacturer said that was "normal" for a couple of minutes. I'm so glad this one doesn't do that.

Wow what a difference this stove made for my house. My wife loves to bake and this stove does not disappoint. We love the 6.0 cu ft to have multiple things cooking/baking. The 18k BTU dual rings boil water instantly. We love the integrated griddle to cool additional items. The storage drawer gives us extra space to store pans or cookie sheets. I really like the design which is futuristic. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase. I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

Hard to clean and cheap knobs

I bought this like 2-3 months ago and dont really think its worth the money. They should come with a cleaning kit and be more detailed because it says easy cleaning. I tried using a dish sponge and it scratched the whole porcelain area by the burners (top hood). Cleaning the burners made of of brass is terrible. You will need to buy different cleaners if it works to clean the 2 different materials. Brass and ceramic/porcelain. Very hard to get into the cracks of burners it is attached to the top hood doesnt open up like old school stoves. The knobs for the burners to ignite very cheap plastic one already broke off. Now i got to get something to fill the scratches and to clean the different materials. just not happy i would have to pay for someone to fix the scratches since its physical damage. Stove made out of delicate material that you will constantly will have to clean is a bad idea.

I will start by saying it's a very nicely well built range and looks pretty in the kitchen but the oven performance hasn't been great. There are alot of good things like you can link it to your Samsung smart things app to set the time and know when stove reaches your preset temperature. We have a Samsung television so we are even notified of stove functions while watching TV. The burners are very nicely done and the griddle is a great addition but the oven has been our issue. We have made several items that have come out undercooked. Who knows maybe we got the lemon out the bunch but like I stated if the oven wasn't an issue I will give this stove very high marks but you can't always hit a homerun.

This gas range is fire! The dual burner is awesome for quick boiling or wok stir frying. The oven is great as well and the door can be electronically locked which is a great feature when there's children around. My only wishes are that the gas knobs could also be electronically locked and that there are different options for replacement stove top grills. The current stovetop grill has a bar running through the center which makes it a bit tricky to use curved bottom pans.

Owned for 6 months now. Touch controls are a little finicky. Burners run hot, oven temp seems to run on the cold side. Finish around burners is already marred from normal use and can't be cleaned up.

Our last oven was purchased 10 years ago and it was time to "upgrade". I don't know where to start saying wonderful things about this oven. One of the biggest plusses is that it will connect to your smart phone. I don't know how many times you wanted to leave the house and then had to go back home to turn the oven off because of safety reasons. Now, you can start/stop your oven anywhere you have your smart phone! You can also connect it to Alexa and let her do it for you too. The preset buttons are great because I usually use the same temp "most of the time" too. It also SELF CLEANS - what woman does not want to skip cleaning an oven? It also has an integrated griddle on the stovetop that makes making breakfast on one flat surface really easy. And if all of the other reasons were not good enough - you can use it as an air fryer! I could go on and on, and usually do to my friends, but you cannot do any better than this range.

Our new Samsung range is amazing! It looks great, cooks fast, and has tons of nifty features. It's easy to clean and is fingerprint-resistant. I especially love the middle burner and swappable griddle. With edge-to-edge grates you don't have to worry about a pot being off-center and falling over either. I love being able to monitor a cook from my phone too. Ever had to run an errand but couldn't because something was in the oven? Not a problem anymore! I'd recommend this to anyone who wants an Oven from the 21st century.

This range is awesome. It's powerful, fuel efficient and elegant. I love using the power burner. It has two rings of fire and boils a big pot of water much quicker than our old one did. (it takes only about 5-10 minutes for a big pot of pasta water). It's almost too powerful to simmer rice lol. But of course you can use the other burners for simmering. The oven is plenty big - we roast two pans in there at once pretty often. I absolutely love how the range tells you the oven temperature as it's preheating. That way you can put it in early if you're in a rush. And it just really helps give you a sense of the rate at which it's heating. I really like the elegant straight lines on the unit. It's simple yet classy and refined. Seems like the control panel is touch activated. When I have an oven mitt on my hand it doesn't read my input. No big deal, I just take off the oven mitt and turn the oven off. You can also check the app to turn it off and on. The app is just ok... it's hard to tell if the oven is on or not. And with the gas range you can't turn it on with the app. You can set the temp you want and then get up and turn it on. I don't use the app too much. The main nice thing to have would be something that tells you if it's on while you're out of the house. The whole "omg did I leave the oven on?!" and you could tell in the app. So room for improvement there. Overall, great piece of kitchen cooking equipment. We are huge fans. We love the power and design!

I went from a cheap Fridgidaire oven to this and you can definitely feel the difference. This oven preheats so fast which probably saves gas. The wifi is a nice touch although it's not a make or break feature. There is a storage on the bottom of the oven that seems small but can fit a surprising amount of items. In addition, the dark glass and stainless steel makes the kitchen a nice modern look. Truly a great range and not super expensive.

The best stove I've ever owned!!

This stove has been the best stove i have owned yet. The oven size is very large at 6.0.u ft and can hold multiple trays or dishes at once. The selfnclean is great when the oven needs a good deep cleaning. The storage drawer in the bottom is very roomy can hold most of my sheet pans and extra racks. The stove top has 5 burners with one being a good sized cast griddle top. The 18k btu dual ring power burner is almost to powerful but thats not a bad thing. Boiling water searing, steak with my cast iron, or cooking with my wok is so much easier with this powerful burner. The edge to edge grates make sliding pots or pans to another burner very easy. The unit was very easy to connet to our wifi and to setup Smartthing connectivity. Setting the stove time is now easier then ever thru Smartthings its just a one button click and its set. Though Smartthings app you can control the oven mode, temp, oven light and timer.

My Favorite Gas Range!

I've been cooking and baking with this range now for three months and I love it! I had been cooking on an induction cooktop for the past six years and loved it. But when I moved from my total electric house in the country to my new home in the city there was no 220 volt plug in the kitchen. So I had to switch to gas. I liked the idea of having a 5-burner stove with the griddle in the cente. I've discovered it's great for hash browns and other, relatively "solid," items, but not quite wide enough for multiple eggs, pancakes, or more "liquid" items. And there's not enough drainage to fry bacon without a mess. But it's great for those items that fit it well and I use it a lot. The burners light effortlessly every time, and the oven controls are a breeze once you become familiar with their functions. I have adjusted well from induction cooking back to gas. I love this range! If I have any complaint, it would be the size of the storage drawer at the bottom. It's plenty wide and deep, but at only 3" tall, it isn't quite tall enough to get many baking pans in. That could be an issue if, like me, you find your house doesn't have as much cabinet space as you thought when you bought it. But in all, I am very pleased with this range and would buy it again.

Not a consistent oven temp

we ordered this brand new from best buy. the stove top is perfect. but it will not heat up correctly. if i set the oven to 400° it reads 400° on the digital display but its only cooking at 320° so samsung sent a repair technician here, he agreed. he replaced a part and said was actually the wrong part. how is that possible i asked? he said they probably put the wrong one in. he replaced the part and i check the oven temp at 400° and he proceeds to tell me that even if the oven is set 400° it won't stay at 400°. ok so my food can never cook at constant temp? makes no sense. if i set my oven to 400 degrees for 25 minutes it should cook at 400°. not go up and down from 320 to 400. i just don't understand. again can i point out how my gas oven was manufactured with the wrong part?

We always had an electric stove. Since we got this Samsung gas stove, everything has changed. The way we cook is no longer the same. Cooking is so far and we no longer have to spend a lot of time trying to cook. Fast and accurate. One thing I also enjoy is the fact that you can pair this stove with Smartthings. Having a stove that is Wifi capable is so cool. We get push notification every time preheating is done. You can also turn on/off the oven light using the smartthings app from anywhere you are. The non-stick coating on the griddle is my second favorite part. Using it is so much easier and cleaning is also simple. The one I have doesn't have the Air fyer option, but I am still able to enjoy my food.

Love The Stovetop Griddle

I enjoy being able to cook right on the griddle in the center of the stove. It was pre-seasoned and ready to use. It seems to heat up quickly. I have made my family favorites of sausage and pancakes. I like not having to drag out several separate cooking pans. The griddle cleans up easily because it is already seasoned. This stove also connects to the Samsung Smart app. This feature allows me to control the oven right from my phone. Our goal is to have all of our kitchen appliances connected to the application. Super easy technology to make life easier. There was a barcode to scan to easily get started. It comes with a special dual burner quick and super hot. I use this feature ofyen with my cast iron pans to heat them up faster. The oven is super spacious and allows for cooking several items at once. I look forward to Thanksgiving and being able to cook to cook a large turkey and still have room for extra side items. The oven has a self cleaning feature that makes cleaning a breeze.

Wifi compatible yet not complicated

This gas range is wifi compatible! I thought this is such a cool feature, being able to preheat my oven without having to physically do it. This is very useful when im upstairs and needing to cook my pizza, i dont even have to go back and forth because i can control the pre-heat function using my phone. With it being wifi compatible, it is not complicated to use which is a definite plus. The burners also work well and i like the middle griddle. the finish and design of my gas range is very nice and modern. Compared to my old one, this one is definitely very modern and has a lot of cool functions especially the middle 5th burner, wifi compatibility and self clean function of the oven. My favorite feature is definitely the wifi compatibility. it is a game changer! Oven is great but now i wondering if i shouldve gotten the one with the airfry option. But overall happy with my range.

Best gas stove I ever had

Easy cleaning. Very user friendly would suggest this stove to anyone in the market for a good stove. I love the smart things app capabilities it makes setting the clock and preheating the oven very easy. The non stick griddle is wonderful for making breakfast for my family in the morning. There is also a great deal of space to make large meals. The air fry feature is wonderful and also it's finger print resistant. Prior to this I never owned a gas range but I am absolutely blown away by now having one the quality of the food just seems to taste so much better.

My husband and I have been very pleased with our Samsung gas range. I was unsure about how the integrated grill worked until we made French Toast. It cooked very evenly in just a few minutes on each side. And is very easy to clean. I grilled burgers and pork chops on the grill also, they cooked evenly as well. We did not need to use any non stick spray. The apps instructions were easy to read and follow. We have not used the bread proof setting yet. The timers have a nice jingle sound compared to my old stove. My husband is a retired Chef. He explained the burners on the stovetop. Depending what you are cooking can determine what burner to use. I did not know that was an option. It is easy to clean up grease and spills. The oven heats much faster then our old gas stove.Our friends and family have complimented us on how nice it looks in our kitchen. Could not be happier.

Love My New Range

I am in love with my new Samsung gas range! I have had it for a few months now and have really gotten a chance to try out all of the features. My last oven had given out and I didn't realize just how bad it was until I got to try this new Samsung gas oven. My baked goods are now evenly cooked, my food cooks faster and is crisper on the outside, and overall my oven-cooked foods are turning out better. The stovetop is nice as well and ignites easily. Water boils quickly thanks to the front right dual power burner. One of my favorite features is the nonstick griddle on the stovetop. I am constantly making my kids grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and the griddle makes it so easy to quickly cook multiple sandwiches at once and cleanup is a breeze as well. We have a large family and I am constantly cooking large dishes. Recently I successfully cooked two large lasagna dishes and a pan of brownies all at the same time. Impressive! Overall, I am very satisfied and look forward to using my new range every day!

Best Gas Stove

For several years, I always had an electric stove. When I built my house, a gas line was place just in case I needed a gas stove later in the future. When I got the Samsung Gas Stove, I was really excited. The installation was pretty smooth and the Samsung Gas stove looked very nice in my kitchen. This was jus the beginning. Once I started cooking with it, it was a total game changer. The food is cooking much faster, well. I no longer have to wait several minutes for my pot to get hot before I can start cooking. One thing, I didn't know and once I installed my Samsung Gas Stove, my home automation system automatically detected the stove and I was able to pair it with Samsung Smartthing. Now I'm able to turn on and off my oven and the good thing is that I also get recipe suggestions from the Smartthing app. To recap, my favorite part of this stove and to be able to get push notifications on my phone when the a notification when preheating is completed. The non-stick coating on the griddle is so easy to use and cleaning and even much easier. I have been trying different type of dishes, and I love it. My cooking skills went up. This samsung gas stove is what I need. I absolutely have nothing but good things to say about it. I keep up with the cleaning, so I can have it last for several years.

My impression of this range was phenomenal. The dual ring power burner was impressive as the power output of 18kBTU was over expected. The space for cooking inside the oven is pretty big enough for a big feast. The integrated griddle helps cook bread tortillas in a breeze. The self clean feature has made it so easy to clean the inside of the oven. The storage under tray is good space for certain pans. I am very pleased with this range the color the design. The features it kicks on for baking and broiling is super efficient. The fact that I can connect to my smart things app as my fridge and washer and dryer is super help full as setting a timer for things when I am away from the kitchen love it.

I have always dreamed of having a gas range however every home I lived in always wound up with a electric range. I am blown away by this gas range, it is extremely user friendly and I had it set up and running in minuet's. I love how it connect's with the Samsung smart things app making it easy to preheat the oven and also sync the time to my phone. It also has a griddle right on the stove top which comes in perfect for making bacon and other related items. The black stainless steel suits my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. I absolutely love the size of the oven it has a great deal of space to make multiple dishes at the same time due to the space available. I also love the air fry option aswell it makes me feel like I am making healthier meal choices for myself and my family.I highly recommend this product
