Within an hour our service technician Joe arrived. Not only was he professional, but also displayed an amazing level of competence. The freezer issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Scott is not your typical pushy salesperson and that’s why we bought from CAPRITTA! When it came to the installation, wow, the expertise of Keith and Brandon far exceeded our expectations. Understanding where the cooktop was to installed, to making sure it was secure and explained everything about the cooktop and gave a demo, blown away and very much appreciated! Great job team! • Darrin from Capritta Appliance Repair was fantastic. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, and immediately ordered the needed parts. Within just a few days he was back to complete the repair, and everything is working perfectly now. Service was fast, professional, and very friendly.
