Our Story

Back in 1982, Tom and Michele Capritta founded a modest appliance repair business from their home. Tom handled service calls while Michele managed the phones, gracefully balancing customer needs alongside playdates, sports schedules, and the everyday energy of raising three boys. By 2015, after four expansions and three decades of growth, their sons stepped in to carry the legacy forward. What began as a family endeavor has since evolved into Capritta Appliance & Air Conditioning: an award-winning showroom showcasing some of the most innovative and luxurious appliances and HVAC solutions available today. From product selection to delivery and installation, every step is handled by Capritta’s factory-certified team. Capritta's in-house service fleet ensures prompt, professional assistance for all appliance and air conditioning service and repair needs.
